MY QUALIFICATIONS
I’m a Strength and Conditioning coach who takes a holistic approach to building performance. I work with athletes and everyday movers to create the systems and habits they need to succeed both inside and outside the gym.

As someone who’s competed in multiple sports and worked with a wide range of athletes, I’m here to support you with specialised, holistic approaches to elevate your performance.
I graduated with First Class Honours in BSc Sports & Exercise Science and received the CIMSPA award for the highest-graded dissertation within the CIMSPA partnership.

I also hold multiple certifications (ISSA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Corrective Exercise Specialist, HYBRID Coach – Level 1) and I’m a certified Emergency First Responder for adults and children.

Early in my career, I recognised a troubling trend: the industry is often filled with misinformation and approaches lacking evidence - prioritising training while neglecting nutrition and lifestyle.

Too often, people are sold unsustainable, sometimes harmful practices, with little regard for individual needs. A lot of coaches sell quick fixes and short-term results while ignoring the long game.
